I've been looking for some Federal HST 9mm 147gr JHP (P9HST2) ammo lately but have just wasted a lot of time. Are there any B&M stores that sell them? Online stores that actually have them in stock?

    That's $38 for 50, plus it's 124gr and not 147gr.

I saw that this morning, but I'm looking for the non +P version that is currently out of stock from Kyle.

Once you find it i'd recommend not waiting on buying it. I found it, waited, and it all dissapeared haha.
Another round to consider is the Speer Gold Dot Law Enforcement ammo. Its usually easier to find than the HST ammo, and has 98% of the same characteristics. Some tests it occasionally fairs better than the HST. For the most part though, the HST is the best you can find for any caliber in any situation.

    That's what I've read too.

Hydra-Shok is the version prior to the HST, and it's 10-20 years old. It doesn't fare nearly as well as the HST.
