I saw how it was described to order your carry belt from Crossbreed's web site, but the problem is that I don't have any belt with holes in them, and I'm not sure how long my "dress" belts really are.

I know my waist size, but I don't how that translates to carry belt length. It also is a little dependent on what brand of pants/jeans, as to what they say they are. They usually 36-38 inches. Closer to 36, but,......

I'd like to order a CBST & belt together, but I need to wait just a little bit until payday, and I need to know what/how to measure properly for my carry belt.

    Help......

A simple phone call to CBH or a PM to Mark should clear this up, you would think.

I thought about that, but I also figured that there might be others with the same problem as me. :)

I will PM Marc, too. Thanks.

I thought Wilderness has instructions for "no hole" belts. I couldn't find any though.

Run out to your local clothing store, get a couple of shirts and a belt to try on (shirts to get you into the dressing room with something other than a belt). Take a small measuring tape with you. Try the belt on and measure away. May save you some trouble. ;)

According to Marc, I need to take my most comfortable pants, and add 2 inches to the waist to get the correct belt length.

I thank Marc for the quick PM reply.

very nice. i was worried since I have a 36" waist(loose), what kind of belt to get with the belt going around the holster and belt. Guess a size 38" waist will do.

You can always cut a little off and poke a new hole but you can't get out the Leather Stretcher if it's too short.
I wear a 33-34 pant. I used the measuring technique found on a few sites and ended up ordering a 38" belt. I use the 3rd or 4th hole from the end when I'm carrying OWB and that gives me plenty of slack for IWB carry.

Like he says, add a size. I got two belts and they're just barely big enough.

That is correct, I wear 34 waist pants, and got Mark's 36 belt, works perfectly.

I ended up loving the belt, now I have two of Mark's quality belts.

Even have a pair of 33's that I wear a lot..and had to order a 38 belt. The 36 barely barely fit and looked funny....could only use the hole at the very end of the belt.

That was my initial thought; that I could always poke a few more holes in a longer belt, but I wasn't sure how short or long I should start looking at ordering. :)
