I really tried to fall in love with the CZ Evo carbine and did a bit of online dating/research but ultimately could not get past the extreme grip angle, safeties protruding, clunky/heavy trigger, plastic rails and quirky battery of arms on our first date at my LGS yesterday. Most of these deficiencies could have been improved with aftermarket ($$) improvements. But another caught my eye on the pistol caliber carbine rack, a real looker and a bit more expensive, but after closer, hands on manipulation, I saw she had everything that I wanted and more! Sig MPX-C feels so comfortable & familiar and her piston makes her the softest, coolest and cleanliest carbine-shooter I have ever operated. I'm rocking a Deltapoint Pro which co-witnesses the irons absolutely. She rang steel 2/3 silhouette at 150 yards today! She's a keeper...several 30 round mags are on the way to join her.

Looks like it'd be way fun to shoot. I'd of liked to make the same decision but i'm just a poor boy!

The MPX is definitely the head of cream on the milk pail.
You should indeed be very happy once you get thoroughly acquainted with it.

    Congrats on a fine PCC.

I'm very much enjoying my CX4.

I've been on the fence about the same decision. I'm leaning towards the evo for an sbr.

Having a range day with friends and family tomorrow at my place. I'll post up pics of the MDX in action and more of my impressions.
