So its a bigger heavier KelTec S2000 that doesn't fold up and looks more like an AR. Is that worth an extra $150?

or .45. They're in the process with 22lr.

I'd buy one for the simple reason that it's a decently priced carbine. For sub $600, you're looking at a pretty sweet deal.

are you thinking of the hi-point with the 45? or are you talking about this one?

As far as I ever heard the KelTec was 9 or 40 with maybe a very limited run of 357sigs

Neat concept but I think I'll stick to a pistol caliber pistol, and a .22lr or larger rifle separately.

No, it's the same platform by TNW. I've never seen any other carbines like this one. The TNW video is online and the guy explains exactly what they're planning. The rifle just came out. You can't expect them to have everything up and running.

What was wrong with the Marlin Camp Carbine or Ruger PC Carbine if you needed a pistol cal carbine!

My question is, where the heck can I get one? The TNW website says sold out, says you can also get them from Centerfire Systems, who doesn't list them on its website.

I know they havent been in production for years there Mr. Obvious. What I'm saying is just find a used ruger or Marlin. I thought they both were pretty nice little rifles. I am more partial to my Lever 357. I wish this company good luck however, If both Marlin and Ruger got out of them because there wasn't a "market" for them (a semi auto pistol chambered carbine). I'm not sure what makes this company thinks it will sell. JMHO

I agree, all the nonsense was pretty ridiculous. But if you have time to check it out, it seems pretty neat! Except that it looks like a paintball gun.

I may try to pick on up, purely for recreational use.

It does look a bit too much like a paintball gun. I'm a fan of pistol caliber carbines, but I really don't see the advantage over an AR upper.
