I've been using 4.4 with both Berry's and Rainier. It's worked well in my XD9-SC for the last couple of years. But, I did have my first stovepipe in my XDm with a 20# spring so I may bump up to 4.5 next time around.

cool 4.5 sounds like the one everyone uses. without just coming out and saying it i was hoping people had gone above the safe load power. anyways i made some 5.4's the other day. they work sweet! ;) dont do this at home tho, im a professional! I also made a bunch of 4.9's 5.2's and everything worked great. felt like +p rounds.
