Has anyone had any experience with the Super Tac Trigger, thay have been around forever. I saw one at the Gun and Knife Show this past weekend with a demonstration video. They wanted like $40 bucks for it. I think it can go from 700-900rnds a min. It looks like lots of fun, and I was curious If anyone had one and liked/disliked it. ditto. these devices are a total waste of money.

My advice - buy ammo instead.

This actually looks kind of cool if it works, safely. How does this work guys? Anyone have it?
Since full auto is illegal, this seems like it could be a viable legal option, why are you guys against it?

Can't you make something like that out of a rubber band? I've never tried but I've heard people talking about it.

just learn to bump fire. its fun when you want to have a little burst and then back to semi auto without having to change anything.

its really easy to do it just takes a little practice

I`m against it because it doesn`t work :)

these devices are really just a guide to keep your finger in the right place so that the momentum of the rifle moving forward (after kicking back) makes you pull the trigger again

If you really want to simulate full auto firing, try Bump-firing as several have already suggested.

If you can't look at your trigger group and see how easy it would be to make your AK auto, you should not be handling guns. :)

Just kidding, but realize, it is SO SO SO simple it's funny.

I've never done it, and wont while society is still civilized...

But if/when it goes down, AUTO all the way!

I did bump firing, It's okay, but I'd rather not have to fire from the hip, want to have the rifle shouldered while shooting full auto.

If you are talking about removing/grinding/tieing back the sear, then easy yes, safe not so sure about that. The AK was designed with a 3rd Pin, and a cut out in the rail for a reason, to keep the weapon from firing out of battery.

If in fact that is what you are suggesting then I think you should ask your self if YOU should be handling firearms, and giving out advice..

actually to go true full auto you'd need a different trigger group and would have drill a couple holes and add another pin to the receiver. the semi auto and fully auto groups are pretty different. disabling the disconnect will result in short bursts (about 3-5 rounds) typically the hammer quickly losses time and simply follows the bolt down resulting in a failure fire. all it does is create a slam fire situation which is fine for a open bolt design but in a closed bolt design such as the AK family it is not safe as it will eventually fire out of battery (not a good idea with sheet metal receiver) , not to mention the hassle of constantly clearing a round just to charge the hammer. basically if your gun has a firing pin that is a separate from the bolt and/or lugs on the bolt then slam fire is bad, auto trip sears are good.
