I have an XD40 tactical with a springer trigger kit and trigger bar. The striker did not reset three times at two different matches. The trigger kit has been in the gun for a year with no problems. The gun was clean when it happened and nothing looks worn. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this problem?

Are you using the factory sear spring?

No, I used the one that came with the trigger kit. Could it be getting weak?

I can't say for sure. I would try replacing it with the stock spring for now. Give Springer Precision a call... I think that he has some new sear springs that he is making. I'm certain that he will help you get this resolved.
