Springfield EMP in .45?

    I didnt think they had any intentions of making the EMP in anything other than 9 and .40. Their material talked about .45 GAP, but I doubt they would produce it. Was looking at the differences between the 9 and .40 and saw they are referenceing "Compact Grip [6+1 rounds 45 ACP]" in their picture.... Strange.... Anyone heard anything? :confused:

    I have heard nothing, but if it does come out in 45 acp, my 9mm EMP might get the trade in...

    Or just less time on my hip.

    If it comes out in a 45, it won't be nearly as reliable as the 9. There is a reason a lot of people don't trust a 3" 1911 in 45.

    yes, they have the micros or what ever they call them in .45 and the EMP was redesigned for the smaller round. Just didn't make sense. Probably a idiot graphic designer and bad proofing...

    That may be an old PDF as it still references the GAP round. They nixed that in favor of the 9mm
