Well, the weather decided to cooperate a little bit. It was still breezy but I managed to get the Rem 700 SPS 22-250 fairly well sighted in. I first shot the group to the right, adjusted the scope and shot the 2 to the left, adjusted again and shot those 4 in the red. I was using the bipod off of my portable bench in the mud so it wasn't as "rock solid" as I would have liked. (103 yards) Here are some pix...

We also got to sight in my friend's new EOTech on his AR and at 50 yards, he shot the 2 almost in the same hole at the top edge of the red, then I shot the 3 in the red just under his. I then sprang up and free handed the target in "Spray & Pray" fashion which are the rest of the holes you see.

    Oh yeah, here's my rifle.

Beautiful rifle. What range was that? I think you should be able to get much better groups though.

This was at my friend's property. Range was 103 yards according to my laser range finder. The last group of 4 rounds was sub 1" which was when I finished adjusting the scope. Those red squares measure 7/8". Still it was a little breezy and I really didn't have a rock solid rest. I'll get back real soon and tweak it some more.

BTW, that second target was from my friend's AR @ 50 yards and the "flyers" were off hand in "Spray & Pray" mode. :)

I have the same exact gun, but in the matte finish. It has a Bushnell 6x-24x target scope, harris bipods, and I have free floated the barrel, and lightened the trigger pull to 1.5lbs. I'm shooting handloads, (52g berger bullets with 38 grains of H380.) gun shoots a jagged hole at 100 yds. I've shot crows out to 400 yds with this gun. It's a heavy piece, but a blast!

That's the gun I want but in .308. Hopefully sometime this year I can get one.

Excellent rifle. I have a Savage in .22-250 and like it a great deal.

Are you going to be using yours for target shooting only or a mix of things?

Thanks, I love the rifle. It's balance, trigger and action are incredible.

    That is a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9X40
