I was just laying in bed wondering when you were gonna post this!!! Sweet!!! If only S&W made a m&p 9mm the size of a g19.... I'd be set for life!!!! Just a tad bigger than 9c and a tad smaller than the full size!! That too much to ask?!?!?

I have you quoted that you were laying in bed thinking about me:) This thread has a new title!

Yea this year instead of trying to rush in and get the scoop on one thing.

I was reminded of the bull story from the movie Colors.

So I took my time enjoyed my self shot the **** with some Springfield, Glock Colt, S&W etc peoples and then enjoyed some Las vegas as well. And I was able to get more things done today.

XDS was good, but hay I like the XDS.
Glock was good but WTF on size.
    S&W 380 I would consider one.
Tac Con not worth 500 and a disappointment.
    Slide fire still works.
Tavor I want one so bad.
Still have headache from shooting the 460 under a covered shooting position....real smart S&W.
PPQ surprised me and the 22lr version.....fun.

And I really want to steal Rob Leatham's idea.....thinking if I should. Sorry can't say what it is yet.

Until I used it, I could have taken it either way. After it is my goal to have one by the end of the year.

We are on the same page James. I'll have mine prior to the end of the year!! What kind of sight do you think should go on it? Having put your hands on it what would best fit it? I am still in Europe but will be changing stations soon back to the states. I'll get mine when I return. I'm looking at an Eotech to put on it. Thoughts?

Shot it with an Eotech on it, and that is actually my personal preference. But I also own an Aimpoint and ACOG and you really can not go wrong with any of those options. But I like the ring and dot the most.

in case people want to know about the Iphone FLIR case, that turns the Iphone into a FLIR thermal imager. The cost is 350, but it only has a range of about 100ft, not yards Feet. It is really for something like home inspections to find cold or warm leaks and stuff like that. It was leaked at CES last week and I I will be able to play with it tomorrow. the info I had was from the FLIR employee. Basically I was told you get what you pay for.

Thanks for the write-ups James! I think after watching a video and hearing the S&W employee say 380.00 for the new bodyguard, it pushes the price beyond what I would pay for a 380 and makes the TCP the gun I will purchase. Thanks again for keeping us informed.
