More then likely not unless you add in other compliance parts.

aahh...gotta love those Mak-90 with the "Bush-hole" stock, mine is milled version. You can get the American made stock at Ironwood Designs.

because the MAK 90 doesn't have a threaded barrel you only need 5 US parts...not six in any of the combination of parts:
pistol grip -stock -handguards -fire control group ( 3 parts) US Magazine (counts as 3 parts, or you can replace the follower and floor plate on combloc which would equal 2) -Piston

Before buying a replacement stock, take the thumb hole stock off and see if you have a slant or a strait cut receiver.

there's not much research needed, pull the stock off and see if the receiver was cut at am angle.

I am in the process of converting my MAK to look like a "real" AK. I went with the Ironwood Designs walnut stock & Tapco G3 trigger group (hammer, sear, disconnector) and that gave me 6 parts, so I am good to go. By the way it had one of the Dragonov (Chaote brand) on it, but I was still not satisfied...I wanted the AK look. If you are interested in that stock, PM me and we can work out a deal.

Check CTD, they have multiple parts for the MAK-90. I have purchased both a side folder and (my preference) a CAA pistol grip for my MAK-90.
