Had been interested in the Shield .45 but when I go ahold of one I didn't care too much for the feel of it in my hand. Seemed like a really light gun for a .45. I did own an XDS .45 in the past that I wasn't too fond of

Anyways I saw a P220 Compact (used) at a LGS for 625. Held it last night and was pleased at how it pointed and felt in my hand. The extra heft vs the Shield felt better to me as well

Offered 600 and they accepted. Can't wait to get it to the range and put it through its paces. May have found a cooler weather EDC

Very nice and that's a good price for a custom shop Sig. I've owned a couple of 220's and they're outstanding guns. I'm waiting for the Legion 220 to come out.

    Congrats!

Well done, congrats. The melt treatment puts a bit of polish on an 'all business' firearm.

My very first Sig was a 1st generation P226 SAS...I think I'd still have it, except it was a .40.

    Nice pick up, nice price.

Found that leather holsters made for the 229 fits perfect. This is a Galco Concealable High Ride

Nice score. I've been trying to find a P220c for months...they're pretty rare around here.
