cant find one in the app market and the guy at the store said he didnt know how to, but a customer had been successful in doing it and the app was 40 bucks, alex's links seemed like the right ones but it wont run the downloaded file on the phone so i am continuing my google search, something tells me i will be going back to a HTC touch pro

Did you search outlook in the market? I tried and it pulled up a bunch of apps.

I just barely got an android 2 days ago (HTC Hero on sprint), and I remember seeing that ability to sync like that somewhere. I'm still learning about the phone, but I'll poke around today and see if I can find anything. I wanna say it might be a built in feature for my phone...not sure which android phone you have.

Thanks to alex and SRD and his forum posting link, I was able to ask the right people. there is a program called "touchdown" the trial is free and the licence key is a one time fee of 20 bucks. Everything is configured and works well

for those who are wondering, it is a microsoft small business server with my Verizon Motorola Android with the 2. something OS

    thanks to all who posted
