I got the stock a little oily when I set up to take the pics but other than wiping that off I'm very happy with how it came out

How do you like that stock? I had heard the quality on them was a little "cheap"...but im still tempted to get one, they just look so bad ass.

Doesn't feel cheap to me. just feels like a stock. The only thing I should say I guess is the handgaurd is snap in. But that doesn't bother me a bit so I'm very happy with spending the $40 on it. (cheaper than dirt)

UNFORTUNATELY I haven't been out to the range yet to try it out (time/money) I'm very eager to do so when I do I'll definitely post a range report with how it performs and of course lots of pics

edit: also if I remember correctly the stock has a lifetime warranty so what do you have to lose.

Be careful not to put too much preasure on the bipod when group shooting. Being connected to the barrel, instead of the stock, can and will affect your groups.

i would move the bi-pod to the stock and then be done with it.

the bipods current location "could" negatively affect your groups

It started as just a regular stock 10/22 rifle model not a carbine
whats a cheap bipod that attaches to the stock?
I got the current bipod for pretty cheap that's why its on there.

i think wally world has a cheap $30 bipod, the reason why you want to take it off your barrel is because it effects your Barrel Harmonics, since its on the barrel you will put different pressure on the barrel every time you shoot which means you'll have a different barrel harmonics each shot, which affects your accuracy... wider groupings... my $0.02

    Did you bed the stock?

The bbl looks a little longer than the usual. What is the barrel length?
