I'm thinking about making an FNS or FNX my next purchase. Does anyone have any opinions one way or another on these? I've never owned an FN before.

I have played with an FNS at my local shop.

It just might have the best trigger I've ever felt in a stock, striker fired polymer pistol. Better than the PPQ, I think.

I'd love to put some rounds downrange with one, but nobody I know has picked one up yet.

I just may have to be an early adopter...

I bought a FNS 9 a couple of months ago.
I really like it. The trigger is great. I also own Glock, XD and M&P.
The trigger is by far the best out of the box of all those.
And if you buy one before the end of this month, there is a $50 rebate

The FNX and FNS are both great pistols. The FNX is hammer fired while the FNS is striker fired. I have a FNP 45 USG... I love it. My next pistol will be a FNX-9 , FNS-9 , or both. I have been researching these for a while.
As mentioned there is a $50 rebate on the FNS with night sights. The night sights are standard on the FNS.

BTW...if you have not looked already. There are dozens of reviews on YouTube for these pistols.

Hi guys-Haven't been around here in a while, but been cruising for an FNX-9. I keep seeing reports/reviews that they seem to shoot low.

    Anybody else experience that?

In other words, if you line up your sights with a typical 6 o'clock hold or even bullseye (dots centered on bullseye), do you find your point of impact to be low?

    Thanks!

    i just purchased an fnx-40
    terrific pistol
4 backstraps/feed ramp comes polished from the factory/3 magazines
    zero malfunctions
    10 seconds to field strip

the above was taken at the end of a range session
im not a good shot but...
21' rapid fire with 3 magazine changes on partially loaded mags to practice mag changes
im 52 and my eyesight isnt what it used to be but ill take it

the stock 3 dot sights are very easy to reaquire because the front dot is larger...great sight picture

i own a lot of firearms and im not easily swayed but the fnx-40 is impressive.
