It would take A LOT to heat that up to the point you didn't want to hold onto it.

An integrated suppressed 10 has me rely interested. I haven't made up my mind on platform. And I haven't made up my mind on integrated, or separate can. I would like to have the quietest one for 10 knowing I won't always be sub sonic. But separate can certainly has many more options.

A detachable can would open up more ability to use it on other hosts.

But you'll probably have to use thread adapters because .40 and 10 are typically threaded for 9/16x24 and 9mm and under are most often threaded for 1/2-28 or 1/2-36.

But using a thread adapter isn't the end of the world either.

Our Sig Mosquito uses the adapter for the Elite Iron Echo 6" Can. Works fine. We have NOT tried our cans with other firearms and calibers.

My hearing is shot from too many high power rounds with ZERO hearing protection. Way back in the day. Stupid. We have young kids. CANNED!

Back in about 1965-66 or so, our HIGH SCHOOL rifle club shot high power at the long gone Orange County Silverado Canyon rifle range. Noisy.

Hearing protection was "unheard of" back then. More stupid. If you value your hearing using a can will let you keep your hearing. Very important.
