    wooow, this is very bad for them. I was looking at there site, and then seen this thread. Im not risking it lol

    I've had several transactions with them and have never had an issue. I could see staying away if you had a few people on here telling horror stories but one guys experience 2 years ago doesn't really define a company. No doubt it sucked for him but I will continue to do business with them when the need arises.

    I think there was a couple people in this thread that said they had also had a bad experience, but just do a google search "opticsplanet.com review" heres the very first thing that comes up OpticsPlanet I stand by what I said, I wont risk it.
    Its still the same company, no matter if it was yesterday or 2 years ago, they dropped the ball. Customer Service is KEY in my opinion. If they treat you good, keep buying from them.

    Agreed. I initially went into their vendor section to get clarification on the vortex models. But oddly enough, this thread was on the top of the list. Which struck me as odd. I kinda regret my part in the continuation of this thread, I've got no beef with optics planet. A little strange how this went down though.

    I am currently experiencing the run-around with Opticsplanet myself. I have ordered many times from them without issue, but this time they have completely dropped the ball several times on my order. Currently wondering if my order will ever ship? I've talked to multiple people, all of which seemed confident the order would ship soon, but it hasn't. Maybe I will get my rcbs products before the rebate expires........

    I think I've made 2 purchases and both were correct so I've not had to deal with returns or refunds. I'd still do business with them. Sorry for the original poster's bad experience. I hope things finally got resolved to your satisfaction even though I know this is a very old thread.
