My health has taken a dive and I no longer shoot for sport. I'm slimming the collection down to my daily carry model 37 S&W. The XD is in excellent condition. Has't had more than a mag through it. NOT A CALIFORNIA VERSION. Local shop will buy and resell but their offer is awful. What should I ask for it, and what is the best pace to sell.

Consider this forum? Go to XD firearms for sale. Many know the value and would be fair I'm sure. Make sure you understand and follow the laws and rules for selling online.

Would you be kind enough to share what that value might be? I'd be happy to sell here. I received excellent care and help here. As to laws, I just received a S&W Model 37 new in the box 1977 model as a gift. My friend simply took it to a FFL who then shipped to my FFL here. Any other details? How is payment customarily made to protect both parties? OR is there a FAQ? I'm looking now...

Post it up on gunbroker, penny start, no reserve. You'll get what it's worth if you post good pictures & description. Ship through FFL.

So, buyer pays all fees or? Signing up there and reading now...

WOW, no action on any XD sale. Looks like the local FFL is the least hassle. Dang....
