Fiocchi 9mm Luger 92gr EMB
Here's a link from a guy who tested it:
Raoul Wagner's defense load test (EMB, EFMJ, .45, .40, 9x19mm)
We tested them.

Good enough for SD/HD?
I wouldn't use it.
What properties make it a bad choice?

It's a light, expanding round. My concern would be whether it had enough penetration into a real target to reach the vital organs.
First...92gr. Too light, imho, for a 9mm SD round.
Second--I'd want to see how it works in balgel, not phone books. Phone books are not a homogenous, controlled test medium; balgel is.
Basically, I don't see how it offers any improvement over proven, heavyweight for caliber, conventional JHP bullets.
I'm guessing it's probably designed for countries that don't allow JHP's.
