found 3 boxes of tula .223 tucked in the corner of the ammo case at a local walmart today, didnt even want to stop there but the g/f insisted.....lucky me i guess
Just yesterday I was on luckygunner.com and they had a fair amount of .40S&W in stock. I logged back in last night (I work over night at a hospital) and they were sold out.
I'm about to buy a .380 because that's all the is in stock around here. 5-6 stores that carry ammo and the only handgun caliber they all have is .380. Bought the last box of WWB 9mm from Walmart yesterday and they said they don''t expect to get anymore for a while.
Locally I can't find 380 or 40 anywhere and I'm tired of looking to be honest. We should start an ammo exchange or "buy for a buddy" system or something
FYI Sgammo has some coming in, but you have to watch the site daily as it goes out as quick. They don't list it if it ain't in stock and their shipping is awesome.....
How much shooting are you people doing that you are willing to spend so much time going store to store trying to find a box or two? If I run out of ammo for any caliber, I'll just shelve the gun till it comes back around at normal prices. I have cut back on how many rounds I blow through on a typical shooting day, and figure I've got about a year before I have to worry about finding ammo available. I didn't go out and attempt to be an ammo hoarder, I just always had the philosophy if I'm buying a box to shoot today, I might as well buy a second to store for someday. Some day is here right now, just as it was four years ago for six months. This will pass. Don't feed in to it.

Yeah, I never would have guessed it would be cheaper to shoot my .380 than my 9mm! I haven't seen 9mm for under $30 (for 50rd) anywhere... And that was only one box! And no, I didn't buy it.
I will be scooping up as much ammo as I possibly can when this whole thing blows over. I did order a few boxes online, seems like you can still find .40S&W on occasion at a decent price. I'd like to pay $13 per 50 instead of $20, but I can't hate the supplier for the increase. Just gotta pay like the rest of them and deal with it for now. Not going crazy on ammo, just getting enough to keep me happy shooting for a bit

Nothing short of jealous. Seeing as I just purchased my gun 4 days ago and have been shooting already, I have 120 rounds in my possesion. I have another 200 that shipped already and 200 more that will ship in a few weeks once their shipping department catches up. Keeping my eye on Freedom Munitions so I can scoop up 250 rounds for dirt cheap.
Ran to Walmart on a whim on my lunch break and they had one box of Winchester 50rd fmj 180gr.., for the same price most had paid for the 100rd box a week ago.. Ughh
