Man, I hope this ammo shortage ends soon. Rolled into WalMart today to do some shopping with the wife, cruise by the gun section, there sits the last box of .40 ammo they have. needless to say I felt compelled to get it. How long do you suppose this lasts? I don't even want to go to the range for fear of shooting up what I have and not being able to replace it anytime soon. Unbelievable.

I'm doing fine here in central mo. Just picked up a box of 400 9mm and a few 50 round boxes of 40. Walmart is usually dry but local pawn shops are well stocked for now.

I hope this trend continues west and reaches Oklahoma soon. Supplies have been low lately.

Wallyworld here in AL gets shipments in and within an hour or 2 the 9mm is wiped out. Usually plenty of .380 and .40 though.

No shortage on 9mm around here. Not sure about other calibers.

Walmart here is out of almost everything (except shotgun) but the gander mountain is always stocked up with lots of everything and even bulk pistol calibers. They are out of 223 though, but the truck comes every Thursday

Found a crate of Yugo 7.62x39 from 1985 at the local farm and fleet. Thought that stuff went extinct! I have a lot from 1994 that has gone bang every single time i've shot. good brass ammo. corrosive though, but that's why it goes bang every time. ;)

Shelves were pretty much baron of everything else though.

All of the local Walmarts in GA north of Atlanta have been wiped out for 9mm/.45 and we ran our local range dry of 9mm this weekend as well.

This should let politicians know that if they come for the guns, the PEOPLE are well stocked with ammo since it isn't in the stores, it must be in the magazines of Americans.

We export cash and ammo daily to Mexico because the Mexican cartel are buying and transporting this stuff across to Mexico. It's been pretty common here for a long time to see people show up and empty shelves when trucks come in (using cash). They have deep pockets and get paid to empty shelves.

Supplies are good here for the most part, prices have gone up a little but that is to be expected. Don't look for .223/5.56 as that is gone.
