I have a brand-new box of Remington 22 Target ammo I got today. I shot some of it at the range today, too. But I just noticed something strange just 10 minutes ago: If I hold the bullet w/ one hand, I can use my other hand to actually spin the casing around the bullet. It's like a loose connection! I've randomly tested this w/ about 10 rounds, and 9 of them spin freely. I'm like WTF?? Is this normal? I've never seen this before. In my ammo novice mind, I don't think these 2 pieces should be that loose and able to rotate freely! I checked out the Winchester Xpert HP ammo I have also. No problems there. All is tightly connected. No spinning. Any input from you guys/gals?? Help!!!
