$209 for 500 rounds loose in .50 cal ammo can.

Just sharing a tip with my bros. Cheapest I have personally seen it for a while. If you know where it is cheaper, don't brag, just share it with us.

Nice. What does the head-stamp say? I have most of a case of MEN85 with the nato mark. It's accurate and reliable. Very consistent.

    cool, ill order some.

have you used the german rounds before sig?

i just bought portugese 500 rounds in an ammo can from dans ammo about 2 weeks ago.

I think it was $229 before shipping ... i forget, its not on my email receipt, lots of folks on fal files said portugese surplus was the nicest out there.

check out these prices at dans, sorry you have to scroll to the bottom, he has a very simple page, not dedicated pages to each product.

scroll to the very bottom of this link Dan's Sporting Goods Ammo Page

so will the sealed stuff keep longer ?

    Brasky,

I have used the '90's headstamp stuff. This is 1980's. I would venture to guess that it is very good, as I have never picked up any bad German ammo.

I will keep my sealed stuff sealed, and use the loose stuff for the range, etc. It will prevent me from having to open my sealed battle packs.

Never used to portugese, but i do have some nice Bosnian stuff.
