On Pistolgear's website, there are specifications between service and tactical (lengths) only. It does not ask which caliber. So I assume it should fit the .45 just fine. The 4" is the Service length, which the holster was made for. It also has tensioning screws with rubber bushings on it to allow you to adjust how hard you want it to grip the pistol.

So yes, it should fit the .45 Service (4") just fine.

I have a 4" 45, will it fit in the Bladetech?
