Sorry, missed the second part, "How easy is it to install"?....

My slide stop arrived today, looks great. I will install it a little later today and will try it out at the range tomorrow. My initial impression is its 'just right'...not too big but noticeably larger than the OE stop.

EDIT: Installed it, no issues with fit at all. Functions well, looks 'factory'. I like it. It should be a huge improvement for my wife, she has a hard time operating the stock stop while maintaining a proper grip on the gun.

Just ordered one for my wife. The locking/unlocking of the slide is the one gripe that she has. Hope this helps.
