Take a look at how the trigger bar adjusment is done by Fastsc 92 PowderRiver Trigger mod (video) this is just a 4-40 set screw into the frame. requires no drilling of the trigger bar and is a very clean looking set up. Look at the last page in the thread and you will see where Dn from Powder River gets a log #43 drill for drilling the frame, cost abiut $5.
