I can understand the springs and sear but what advantage does a new trigger bar give you?

Thanks again.

Got my replacement kit and it installed very easily. The one thing I notice more than the lighter pull is the crispness of thetrigger. There is a noticable crisp break that is worlds better than stock.

Haven't tested with live ammo yet to check reset but will today. Great work guys.

At last word, the deal was over, but they still had a few left at a price that was still less than normal.

Well, I have to say that htis kit ROCKS!! I went to the range yesterday and popped off about 300 rounds, rapid fire, double tap, etc. and the trigger is crisp and resets nicely for the next shot. My wife asked me what the difference is between the old trigger and the new and trhe best I way I could describe it to her was it feeling like a fresh carrot snapping in half. I'm very pleased overall.

Even if you missed the group buy it is a worthwhile investment. I would have gladly paid full price for it.

Installed three of my trigger kits today. I have never detail stripped any of my XD pistols till this morning. The first kit took about 45 minutes and much cussing.

The third kit took about 10 minutes.

The fourth kit is still in the bag. There is such a dramatic change in the trigger feel that I am hesitant to install the last kit in my XD40SC as it is a carry weapon. Going to head to the range with the other three and get a feel for them.
