Can someone post a quick rundown on how to install it? I'm on the fence and installation instructions will make or break it for me.

+1 I'm no machinist by any means - I really need to see how easy/tricky it is to open up my XD and install this part.

I'm sure someone has posted a video of how to change the sear. This would be even easier... Push one pin part-way out, pull out old lever and insert new one. Push pin back into place.

It is serioulsy like a 2 minute job.

Drilling and tapping the trigger bar is another matter, though.

Sounds simple enough. Is the drilling/tapping the trigger bar part of the installation? Or is this another mod to the mod?

Here's a link to a video on installing a sear, trigger bar and safety leaver. I've been meaning to make one for this drop-in part but haven't had the time yet.

I still don't fully understand the installation. I've never taken my gun apart other than the standard field strip for cleaning. I still don't get where those screw things go.

Regardless, email for the purchase sent.
