And no, that isn't rust along the top edge. I don't know why, but the bare metal showed up with a small amount red tint. The muzzle is a little dirty from my RO duty at the range yesterday, but everything is pure wear.

Yes, the DLC provided more corrosion resistance than the CRC and if we use a electrolysis nickel, it is virtually corrosion resistant, as it easily passes the 1000 hour salt bath test.

I'll be posting more info on our website tonight.

ps. Post up your photos, we will do a worst slide and random draw also for those who participate.

Ok, you lost me with DLC and CRC. Do they look the same, just cost different prices? I just want the coating that's the same as that IONBlack and Hard chrome XD service on your site. that's easily the sickest finish I've seen on a XD. I will post pics when I get home.

The one pictured is CRC, but they look the same.
