BUCK DOWN. Got a whitetail buck last night right before shooting time ended. His front legs dropped down, then he got up and ran slowly up and over a hill. I found bright red blood, so I hit him in the vitals. No bubbles so I don't think it was a lung shot. Hopefully his heart is shredded and I find him this morning. I was just going up to do some scouting on some property I've never hunted before for late season. Guess I got lucky. If it wasn't for my Fenix TA30 flashlight, I would have had a cold night sleeping in the woods. I will post some pics when I find it.

Ohio buck shot tonight around 5:00

11 points with split brow tines on both sides and a pretty funky rack. 18" inside.
