Bacon Explosion!

The real explosion will happen on the porcelain throne the next day... if it stays down that long!

I do bacon on my Traeger grill all the time. In fact it's the only way I've done bacon for about 18 months.

That is called a "Fattie" in BBQ terms. At competitions many teams cook them to eat (not for comp). Most folks will put cream cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc before rolling it up. Some use the outside bacon, some don't. Pretty tasty!

Looks like my planned trip to buy food tomorrow is now justified.

Pictures to follow, and I will be adding cheese.

Any other ideas?
