Boarder crossing

I just got off the phone with my dad who was on his way to colorado from canada, and he was asked at gun point (4 gunpoints to be exact) to get out of the car...aparently the the bit of radiation he had going threw him from something they did to him for his heart surgery was enough to set off the detectors...

Them be some sensitive sensors....

If we criminalize radiation only the criminals will be radiated.

yeah...

Probably good that they noticed it if it was high enough to be a bomb, bad that they reacted so sourly towards someone who wasn't acting hostile.

My parents drove from Minnesota to Washington by way of Canada and on there way back in from Canada they were asked to pull car over to the side and they both were interrogated and the car completely searched for over 2 hours. My parents are around 70 years old and some what well off driving a high end acura. They both were not upset at all, just did what they were asked.
