The issue is this: I live in SC and we now have reciprocity with FL. It doesn't mean I am legal in GA. I would need a FL permit because they have reciprocity with GA, not SC.
You are good to go but others who live in SC w/o a FL permit should be aware that they are not legal in GA. If I'm wrong then someone tell me but this is how I interpret the law.
Check out this link which does not show the latest SC/FL agreement but it still is a good reference:

I know yon said it doesn"t say Non Resident on my permit but if I show it to LEO in SC won"t they consider me a Non resident of FL.

I went to Pack-N Go an the said SC does not honer a FL Non Resident Permit I think I will check both states on Monday.

Exclamation from: http://www.scfirearms.org/

I interpret this that any permits issued by the states below will be honored in SC only if you are a legal resident of that state.
============================================
South Carolina Reciprocity
RECIPROCITY
As of September 12, 2008, states with which South Carolina has reciprocity are:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Tennessee, and Wyoming.
Residents of reciprocal states who hold permits issued by their states of residence may carry concealed firearms in South Carolina, but must abide by the restrictions in the South Carolina CWP law. For that reason, out of state residents of reciprocal states should familiarize themselves with restricted carry locations and other provisions of South Carolina law posted on this website. South Carolina permittees who carry firearms in reciprocal states are likewise responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable laws and regulations of the reciprocal state. Web sites of those states may be accessed by selecting the desired state name listed above.

I believe that's correct. I seem to remember looking a while back to see if there was any non-resident permit that I could pick up that would allow me to carry in SC, and I distinctly remember coming to the conclusion that short of me moving to a different state or Florida being added as a reciprocal state, the only way I could get a valid permit to carry in SC would be to buy property in SC.
