It doesn't sound like that would be the case here, but I had a coach/trainer in college that had new people doing exercises that they had no business doing because they had no idea where there limts were.
This is exactly what I was referring to. My background is in corrective exercise and powerlifting is just what makes me happy. I utilize posture analysis and orthopedic assessment to determine exercise selection. I see trainers everyday that are hurting people and it is hard to watch. All of the info I have gained is out there for anyone who isn't too lazy or cheap to go get it.

As far as the Cowboys go I would have to pass even if they sought me out as I am a die hard BEARS fan!!

Not sure about Texas, but in California you can apply for Unemployment Insurance. Forces your former company to have to pay the state more $$$ because they fired you without cause (i.e. theft, incompetence, etc.). And its a little money in your pocket until you find a new job.

Exactly. If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

If life gives you crap, I would highly suggest you not make a beverage out of it.

I'm just sayin'.
