I go to Target World in Chalfont; it's a public range, but I joined, saves me money in the long run.

There's a gun club pretty close to my house I am going to join. I just got a new shotty and need someplace to shoot that too!

very small! Sounds like we could have a Southeast PA XD Forum shoot!

I actually have to renew my membership this week.

I just renewed my membership like a month or 2 ago and I wanna say Rich was working the range. He's the big friendly marine. I told him I got caught up in bills and forgot to renew and he gave me the renewel rate instead of the initiation fee. Saved me some dough.

Coincidentally enough, I'm off to the range now.

I'm jealous , I happen to have my XD in the truck today again. Might have to run down to Bullseye on Campbells Run in Pittsurgh. I can usally get 100 rounds in over lunch.

I'll be moving to west philly this summer. Does that count? I'm going back to school, HOPEFULLY. Are there any good ranges in the philly area?

The only range I know in Philly is the one next to the Police range, my uncle shoots there often. But I'm sure their rates are high and they have a 3 round limit and a bunch of other stuff. I don't know how far Classic Pistol (southampton) is from you but that might be a viable option. Also TargetMaster is in Chaddsford and they have an excellent facility. http://www.classicpistol.com & http://www.targetmaster.com You can also search for ranges here.

I live in West Philly but work in the burbs so have amembership at Target World also (there three times this week). I also shoot at TargetMaster and have shot downtown at Collossimos and Firing Line. The closets range to West Philly is in Yeadon - right off of Baltimore Pike and Church Lane; I've checke it out and it is about 15 bucks per shoot, plus you have to by their ammo (like Colossimos and Firing Line).

thanks for the range info. I've shot at Classic before. Nice facilities. It took about 30 minutes to get there from where I'll be. I was hoping to find some place closer.
