I find it fascinating that so many brain cells are used by many people to devise totally inane and insane arguments against overwhelming evidence. Then again, if the same people were around centuries ago, they'd refute that the world was round even if they were taken to outer space and looked down upon the Earth.

Well, by your own standard, you're adding to the hot air. If you're not a scientist, your opinion doesn't carry any more weight than anyone else on this board. Go back to doing whatever it is you do.

I find it fascinating that even though Scientists disagree on whether global warming exists as a problem and whether it is a human-affected phenomenon, there are still individuals who insist that it is incontrovertible truth.

The science is now as close to international consensus as you'll ever see. Warming is real, largely the result of human activity and the effects can only be grave. The opposition is held down these days just by a contrarian fringe, populated in disproportion by scientists kept by energy and other economic interests or by acolytes to political cults.

"individuals" is belittling reality. It's now a huge majority of "individuals" in all facets of science.

Excuse me if I don't join your cult or fringe as I help raise the alarm. Misguided opinions like yours are now a laughing stock around the educated world, and are only respected by other closed minds and conspiracy theorists, and the current administration.

The Earth goes through heating and cooling cycles. I believe that to be fact. Saying that humans have had no effect on the cycle in any way, I believe to be false.
Yes, we will have global warming and global cooling even if humans did not exist. Yes, we do have some impact on it.

Schwarzenegger Confirms Link Between Global Warming And Wildfires, Hits Bush For Not Believing The Science»

On Friday, the Bush administration “rejected its own experts’ conclusion that global warming poses a threat to the public welfare, launching a comment period that will delay action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at least until the next president takes office.” As the Wonk Room’s Brad Johnson notes, EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson “attack[ed] the clear and present threat of global warming” and dismissed it as a “‘complex’ issue that hinges on ‘interpretation of statutory terms.’”
Sorry, but an international consensus is no more relevant than Chicken Little getting a few pigs, ducks and goats to follow him as he ran in circles squawking that the sky is falling.

BTW, have you sold all your cars yet? I didn't think so.

The logic of your argument is...nonexistent. And it sucks. It consists of "There is man made global warming. We all know this. Based on this simple fact, why can't you people agree with me?"

The insults do nothing to advance your position either. When I see someone resort to this I know that they have run out of their own arguments and are just out to (very weakly) try and score points with ineffective verbal jobs.

Don't you have an activity report to submit to the campaign for the day's activities or something?
