I'm glad that they kept his statement in the end, "no one got hurt, is the main thing..." or something like that (I'm paraphrasing).
Having worked in a bank for about 3 years while in school, it is not illegal in PA to carry in a bank. A word of caution, I had some guy come in, and while waiting in line to come to one of the teller windows had his gun fall out of his holster onto the ground. No discharge, but a lot of fingers were hitting the camera buttons for 'suspicion shots'. Other than that, we had a few laughs after he left...
