I live in OH now but My license is still from MO. as well as My ccw. i was under the impression i could carry just like i coulod in MO in fact required to do so(keeping in mind local regs and such up here) MO has open carry so can i open carry in OH? sounds like I'm askin for trouble I applaud anybody who exercises their rights just not to keen myself on open carry But i thought I would see if anybody had any thoughts on this as I may just participate in my first open carry.

You are now subject to Ohio law!

If your vote is for the lessor of two evils, then you can be comforted knowing that you're less of a fu*king idiot than the other guy!

It's not like a drivers lisence. I used to travel a lot when I was stationed out in NC. Everytime I crossed a state line I had to abide by that state's lethal force, and concealed carry laws.

I did many trips from my house in NC to my house in Tx with a TX CHL.

Police are usually the last folks you want to ask about firearms related laws. Unless they are firearms enthusiast (and even sometimes then it's iffy) they probably know less than your average person on the street about them.

Try the state AG's office they usually have the good gouge on the subject.

thanks for the advice, will do and the more i think about it i believe it was the same cop that told me i couldnt keep one in the chamber, called hywy patrol and asked them and they straightened that one out for me,even the guy i talked to said what the hell good is it to carry without one chambered, thats what i was thinkin. the locals up here must really not like the average citizen carrying
