Another CC question
Can you carry inside your bank or are you breaking the law by doing this?

Depends on the state. NC - no; SC - yes. Go figure.

Florida yes as long as there is not a "no firearms" sticker on the door. Or.. It is not a federal bank. The standard Wamu is no problem.

Kansas sounds just like Florida: Yes, provided it is not posted with the proper sign.

Here in WA, yes it is legal. Unless of course if they have that little no gun sticker in the window, then it is just illegal to get made.
But they are view as a private business and you can carry in them as such.

Unless your STATE government has made it clearly illegal to carry a weapon into a bank, then it is NOT ILLEGAL.
It isnt illegal EVEN IF the bank has signs posted "No Firearms/Weapons Allowed". Signs by property owners do not make law. It only says they dont want firearms on their property and if you are caught they can have you removed or fined for trespassing. Your state statutes will tell you what the carry laws are for your state. |
