Vengence isn't a valid motive. Revenge is a emotional response. No, not vengence. Punishment. Sic vis pacem Parabellum.

finding a part time job is easier than losing full time and bennies. Thats the only positive spin i can think of. Hopefully you have some savings or your wife girl friend has more stable work. My business is doing good as in stable, not doing great as in am hiring lots of new guys and have more work than i can finish.

Open to change?

My company has had a hard time finding quality guys for security, but we don't have any "secure" locations in reno that I know of. Careers

The company is great, if your willing to relocate then they are career oriented, if not the closest I know of is in fallon, NV.
As for the other guys here who need work, We do almost every trade I can think of.
