Justified in florida too......

If you're a father like I am....this makes you cringe and hurt in places you dont usually hurt in.

I hope at least a few realize how this tragedy may have been able to have been stopped before the child died.

I would have physically beaten the guy unconcious. I don't understand why no one physically stopped this monster.

This is a horrible situation. I don't believe a jury would convict anyone who intervened.

It absolutely would have been a justifiable shoot, I promise It would have taken 5 seconds for me to decide to shoot any SOB beating a baby to death. I cant really think of to many better reasons to use deadly force.
