Just heard this on a local radio show. If there was a safety concern then I'd say sure. But they're doing it because of some bullsht global warming.

Uhh last i checked WA had a pre-emption law on the books so there really isn't anything he can do other than wring his hands and say that the sky is falling. Maybe next time i visit my girlfriend's family in Seattle I'll just have to OC. Won't be the first time, won't be the last.
