The guy was fricken JAYWALKING! jeesh. sure the 2 cars went in the wrong lane, sure it "looked" like people were just watching and sure the LEO showed up under 2 mins (that was quick). What are people supposed to do? I didnt see any qualified nurses, doctors or EMT's around. What about the people that DID call 911? People are sure quick to rush to judgement
