Talk to Tim (preferably) or Reece if you call.

SWA just opened in Sunnyvale, just outside of Mesquite.
Owner Jeff Schramm 184 S. Collins Rd., Suite 100 Sunnyvale, TX 75082 Phone 972-222-0993
Hwy 80 to Collins Road, turn right and it will be in the strip mall on the left.
I think he does gun shows as Schramm's guns.
He actually has some of the best prices I've seen in the Dallas area.
He also has a lot of guns in the store.
Several XDS, I'd call first if you have a specific one in mind.

Other stores I've tried are all too high.

Good luck..

Welcome to the forum..

Schramm is who I bought my XD9sc from, at the Big Town Gun show.

best price in the place at the time, 303$ cash for XD9sc walked out spending 325 or so with tax. the next lowest price was Bachman's for 320-ish pretax, and they are rather unfriendly. they'd rather point out signs and price tags than actually answer your questions.

most dealers in store will charge much more for SA XDs and 1911s. go to the store fronts for questions, i tend to go to DFW gun range on Mockinbird just off I-35 for questions. but I'd stick to Gun shows for purchasing.

Welcome to the Original Fort Worth Gun Show

It sounds like it will be pretty big. I'm hoping its better than the Big Town show I went to last weekend.
btw, I wouldnt go on sundays near closing. usually they have had their share of lookers and buyers and are ready to close up and get out for the day. personally I like to try and get there early either day, that way they are usually still in good moods and still have a good stock of everything.

I haven't been to the FW gun shows but I've been to the Dallas arms collector shows at dallas market hall and the big town classic shows plenty of times.

I'll be waiting till next weekend for the Dallas gun show.

but dont wait till sunday afternoon to go to any show though. go early so you can price them all and ask more questions.

Shramm's new store isn't real big, but the cases are FULL of guns.
He was a little steep on his Ruger LCPs $399.
But it was because he had them in stock and people were willing to pay more and have it, than to order it.
I ordered mine from B&S and it came in 7 days later.
I've found gun ranges are the worst on prices.
Targetmaster wanted over $500 for a USED S&W 642.
I bought mine new at B&S for $419.
That was before Schramm's opened.
I think he had them for $399 when he opened the store.
I like the DFW range but unless you're a "member" their prices are a bit high.
I haven't been to Ray's in awhile.
Ray's Sporting Goods
But I think they are comparable to B&S on pricing.

I haven't been to a gun show in years.
They aren't what they used to be.
Gun shows were THE place to buy ammo, but not so much anymore.
They also were the place to get two or three dealers to bargain with.
Now days, if you tell Dealer #1 that Dealer #2 is selling **** gun for $40 cheaper,
Dealer #1 will say "I guess you should go buy it from Dealer #2 then".
I guess a gun show would be a great place to try out different holsters though....

WOW, they must give yall quite a discount.
I thought their prices were way too high.
I happened to be over that way and stopped in a month ago.
They have a lot of stuff in the Ft Worth store.
But the two things I wanted, and XD mag and an XD45 Pearce extension,
were nowhere to be found.
Whether you are Mil or LEO JIBR, you are appreciated...thanks.

USMC.

Back when XDs were running around 450-500 I got my Service and my dad got his SC for 409 after taxes a piece. Then last Thanksgiving we traded for a while. He still hasn't got the SC back. After having it for a while I appreciate it for carry but want my Service back.
