In my .45: Winchester Ranger 230gr (RA45T)
If I get a 9mm, it'll be 124gr +P Rangers (RA9124TP) so long as they feed well.

currently i have
Speer Gold Dot 165gr .40 S&W CorBon DPX 155gr .40 S&W i really like the CorBon DPX but man they are expensive !

I carry 26 rnds of CorBon 230 gr. JHP +P shoots awesome and feeds the same.

Now a .357 is a serious defense caliber. I have a Ruger GP100 myself.
