monthly Advantage has killed off ALL the fleas we ever had. We'll even forget to put it on the dogs for two months, and they don't reappear. We took in a stray cat at one point, and when she had kittens, ever flea on her body decided to attack the smallest of them, and actually hate most of the kitten. We had a small flea problem with our dogs for a few years after that, until we started to use Advantage. About 10 years with no Fleas now.

When we first got our dogs both were outdoor only and they did get infested once. A couple flea baths followed by Advantage took care of it quickly.

If they get indoors all it takes is a little flea powder and vacuum everyday for a couple weeks. We never let them get started inside, but I've seen homes that have. Not pretty.

Our new dog sleeps indoors. We haven't had to use anything yet.
