Congrats on taking the class, although you might want to wait until you get there to load up the guns.

That sounds better. I remember when I took my class, someone walked in with a loaded gun. It was in a case, but they were not too happy about it.

Grats on taking your class. yeah i wouldn't have anything loaded when you go in. the instructor will tell you when to load and how many to load at a time.

I took my class here in MO. a few weeks ago, it was really easy.

Good luck

Easy part done... now time to go see my sheriff and wait

I'll tell you, I think everyone who handles a firearm should go through one of these courses even if they do not intend to carry. It was very informative, and helps you keep the fundamentals at the front of your mind

I sent my CHP application off on April 15th. Get home today and there is a packet from the CHP department. I open it while hopping around like a little girl on Christmas morning and realize it does not contain my permit. It contains two blank fingerprint cards and a letter stating that my original two fingerprint cards were not usable. Needless to say I almost cried... like a little girl...

I read the letter and they stated that I just need to get new fingerprint cards and send them back in. From what the letter stated, it will only take a few more days since my application was fully submitted minus the fingerprints.

Oh well... the wait begins again!
