You are relying on semantics, nothing else.

Should I explain to you what the definition of 'semantics' is?

I think it would be somewhat sarcastic and condescending; my point exactly.

thats absurd... you cant possibly know everyone

If anyone in here doesn't know a basic definition for the word 'communication', then they shouldn't be allowed to own a gun.

"the grass is green because of the chlorophil in the plant cells". is that an insult? because its an explaination.

I can accept the fact that not everyone knows why plants appear green, but I cannot accept it when an adult doesn't know what 'communication' means.

Well, a 'basic' definition would be "two people understanding each other", but I'd say it involves the mutual transfer of information between or among multiple parties.
