In all fairness I could see what Ajames said as being sarcastic.

Now having dealt with Ajames I would just assume he was trying to help.

I can say from experience that it's pretty annoying to get something in the mail when someone could have called you (for free none the less) and then have them complain that you didn't handle it like they wanted...even though they never bothered to call.

I side with Ajames.

When you post here for some info, you're going to get the info. Thats why you started this thread. What ajames posted, was good info. To me, he gave a solotion to solve your problem that you whined about to begain with. Next time use it , and also others who may have the same problem as you. That why this section is here. I asked my question and got some good replies, then someone thought it would be cute to explain what 'communication' is as if I and everyone else had no idea what 'communication' means. In addition to the jackass nature of the comment, it was completely useless as I had already sent the weapon in. I was simply asking who I might contact at SA to voice my complaint.

there was nothing threatening nor insulting about Ajames reply to you. it was straitforward and honest, with an honest intent. if you cant see that then the miscommunication obviously lies with you.
