Hmmm...nutjob is someone that stops two illegal alien burglars from stealing stuff from his neighbor's home whlie they're away.

Well...I'd love to live near several "nutjobs" but unfortunately my do-nothing (I don't want to get involved" neighbors would probably be of no help.

I guess those are the types of neighbore YOU prefer?

he did it with the right of the law. anyone hear the audio from that case when he called 911. oh yea don't forget in the wonderful state of Texas you can lethally defend your property or you house, and also if you neighbors are away and they ask you to watch their house you can defend their property with lethal force and be within the law. he should not have killed them in my opinion but he should not be prosecuted for defending his neighbors property.
Another question why did the illegal immigrants wife(if illegal) not get deported on the spot when she went to the courthouse ?

I would love to see the burglary stats for Horn's neighborhood AFTER this incident.

Goes to show that you cannot count on the police to do anything. There was a cop sitting there watching it all go down, and he did nothing. As I understand from reading other accounts, the cop watched the burglary transpire and also did nothing. Something to do with collecting evidence.

I suppose there is some stupid law that prevents police from doing anything to prevent a crime, but the fact remains that a police officer was there as a witness and did nothing to prevent the shooting. So it was not a matter of even seconds counting. Citizens simply cannot rely on police for any kind of protection. This case proves that!

and when we secede and start our more better country, joe horn for supreme court!!! i am so glad that man was no billed. maybe he should not have shot them but i was not there to make that life changing decision in a split instant. we can judge all we want but we were not there. i hope he is in a good hiding spot for a while. i must watch the news to see if quanell ten is all over it spouting how it is racist that the white man got off clean...
